Hello & Welcome!
Thank you for your courage to step into this safe space,
to begin to prioritize you,
and for considering to work with me.
For nearly twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting and counseling individuals from all walks of life and all stages of life, helping them navigate their mental health and wellness journey.
And now, I’m grateful for your presence here today, and the possible opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey.
From working with patients & families in hospitals (Maternity, the NICU, Oncology, ER & ICU) to counseling elementary, high school & college students, or supporting perfectionists/high-achievers, working professionals, and beyond; you name it; I’ve had the opportunity to help people navigate change and build resilience, and empower them to discover how to effectively use the tools they need, not only to cope, but to thrive through life’s changing seasons and begin to learn how to weather any storm.
I encourage you to take a further look; and if what you see & read resonates…
Let’s connect and schedule a time to meet.

Thoughts about a Good Life
“The Good Life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” - Carl Rogers
What Does It Mean to Live
a Good Life?
I wholeheartedly believe that each & everyone of us is worthy of a good life.
While we all have different ideas of what that looks like, I think of a good life as one that leaves us feeling content and good enough, more days than not.
In spite of the highs & lows, what society wants us to believe or the challenges we may encounter, we begin to accept struggles as simply a part of life - a good life nonetheless- and develop and discover healthy ways to cope and carry on.
The good life is when we are kind and compassionate, not just to others, but to ourselves as well.
Of course, it’s not always easy; but I believe it’s the direction we want to go.
It’s what we strive for; and it’s where therapy can make the difference.
