Hello & Welcome!
I commend you for having the courage to step into this safe space.
Thank you for visiting my website and your consideration to work with me.
For nearly twenty years, I have had the honor of guiding individuals from all walks of life and all stages of life, helping them navigate their mental health and wellness journey; and I hope to have the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey.
From working with patients & families in various hospital settings —
Maternity, the NICU, Oncology, ER & ICU—
to counseling elementary, high school, college students & young adults,
to your perfectionists, Type A, working professionals, empty nesters and beyond;
I’ve had the opportunity to support and
help people build resilience and achieve the change they desire.
My professional and life experiences are utilized in an organic and thoughtful way
that enables those I work with to discover and integrate the tools they need
to cope and survive life’s changing seasons;
where people can begin to trust themselves, thrive, and learn how to weather any storm.
I encourage you to take a further look; and if what you see & read resonates…
Let’s connect and schedule a time to meet.

Thoughts about a Good Life
“The Good Life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”
- Carl Rogers
I wholeheartedly believe that each and every one of us is worthy of a good life.
While we all have different ideas of what that looks like, I think of a good life
as one that leaves us feeling content and good enough, more days than not.
In spite of the highs & lows, what society and social media leads us to believe;
or the challenges we may encounter, we begin to accept struggles as simply a
part of life —albeit, still a good life; and we discover and develop healthy ways to
cope and carry on.
The good life is when we are kind and compassionate,
not just to others, but to ourselves as well.
Of course, it’s not always easy; but I believe it’s
the direction we want to go.
It’s what we strive for;
and it’s where therapy can make the difference.
